Terms of Service
Professional massage therapy terms for Black Crow Therapies, Ebbw Vale. By booking a session, you agree to these legal conditions.
1. Bookings and Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a full service charge. Appointments started late will end at the scheduled time with no discount.
2. Medical Disclosure
You must provide accurate health information on your intake form. We are not liable for adverse effects resulting from incomplete medical history. Consultation is mandatory before any treatment.
3. Professional Behaviour
Inappropriate conduct will result in the session being terminated immediately with full payment required. Any harassment is reported to authorities. We reserve the right to refuse treatment.
4. Liability and Jurisdiction
Our liability is limited to the session fee. Massage is not medical advice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
